I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Shekhar Srivastava and the entire team for the excellent care provided to my mother during her rotator cuff repair surgery.

From the initial consultation to the successful completion of the surgery, Dr. Shekhar Srivastava displayed exceptional professionalism, expertise, and compassion. He patiently explained the condition, treatment plan, and recovery process, which gave our family great confidence and reassurance.

The post-operative care in Orthopaedic Ward 101 was equally commendable. Special thanks to Ward Incharge Ms. Pushpa Sharma for her attentive supervision and prompt assistance throughout our stay. We are also deeply grateful to housekeeping staff members Indu and Guljahan, who were incredibly helpful, cooperative, caring, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Their positive attitude and dedication made a significant difference to my mother's comfort and recovery.

I would also like to acknowledge the efforts of the nursing staff and all other support staff who worked tirelessly to ensure smooth and compassionate patient care.
